Out of Route EVT (Legº11.841 Disp. 011/03) explicitly states:

1. Intermediary organizer
   1. Out of Route EVT acts as an intermediary organizer between passengers and service providers.
2. Air or land transportation
   1. The use of air or land transport by passengers implies a direct relationship between transport companies and passengers. Eg Aerolineas Argentinas.
3. Procedure to reserve
   1. Once in agreement with the program / budget, send the full names of the people who are going to make the trip, along with the passport numbers, a fixed contact telephone number to be able to clarify doubts if they exist and a physical address where you can send them all travel documentation (vouchers, e-tickets and brochures). In case there are cruise reservations, nationality, date of birth, profession and allergies should be added.
   2. Once they are confirmed, a confirmatory email will be sent, indicating the expiration date of the reservation, with the details of the account where to make the bank transfer.
4. Reservation payment
   1. Tours
      1. Reservations must be confirmed by paying 40% of ground services and 100% of air tickets. The balance must be paid 30 days before the start of the program.
   2. Internal and international air tickets
      1. The emissions of the internal air tickets within Argentina will be made once they have been paid.
   3. Cruises, expeditions and trekking
      1. Reservations must be confirmed by paying 40% of the total price of the Tour. The resulting balance must be paid 30 days before the start of the program.
5. Itineraries
   1. The itineraries are published for reference purposes and will be subject to change due to weather, operational conditions or any other nature beyond our reach, without prior notice.
6. Cancellation of the tour
   1. Our company reserves the right to justifiably cancel the tour in the following circumstances:
      1. Acts of force majeure. The total amount received up to that moment will be returned.
      2. If the balance of the total price of the tour is not paid after the established deadlines, Out of Route EVT may cancel the tour without any refund for any reason or apply the fine for late payment.
7. Payment method
   1. The form of payment must be made by bank transfer.
8. Returns
   1. All cancellations must be notified in writing and must be sent to Out of Route EVT.
   2. Cancellation of tour not started
      1. In case of cancellation more than 30 days in advance, 100% of the ground services (transfers and excursions) will be reimbursed; regarding hotels, according to the policy of each hotel hired; and with respect to air tickets, the cancellation policies and conditions of the reserved and issued tariff bases will be applied.
         Management fees of USD 200 per person will be charged.
   3. Cancellation of started tour
      1. Once the tour has started, if passengers voluntarily renounce some of the services included in the program, no refund will be made. There is no refund for any unused service, including transfers and hotel reservations.
   4. Tour duration change
      1. If the trip had to be shortened or prolonged for fortuitous reasons or force majeure not attributable to the company, the expenses caused by this situation will be the sole responsibility of the passengers.
9. The contracting, registration and payment of services implies knowledge and acceptance of these general conditions.
